Rush projects may be accepted depending on availability. A rush fee will apply for expedited timelines.



If a project needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional terms related to cancellations or rescheduling will be outlined in your service agreement.



Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final approved deliverables as outlined in your contract. Baer Brand Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.



You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any unlawful activity while using it.



Baer Brand Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or services. We make no guarantees that the website will always be available or error-free.
