The Refined Brand Experience began by defining the strategic foundation
of the brand before moving into
visual identity.
Through a comprehensive brand strategy workshop, The Face MD's positioning, audience, brand personality, and client experience were clarified. This work established a clear direction for how the clinic should be perceived and informed every decision that followed.
The visual identity was designed to balance professionalism with warmth, creating a brand that feels welcoming, refined, and trustworthy. From the logo suite and colour palette to social media assets and printed materials, every element was intentionally developed to support a cohesive brand experience.

identity alone.

As a new medical aesthetics clinic, The Face MD wasn't simply launching a brand. Dr. Sarah was establishing how she wanted to be perceived in a competitive industry where trust, expertise, and first impressions matter.
